In New Orleans a lot of crimes occur in the places that are considered "the hood." These murders take place because us New Orleanians are letting the murderers get away with it. We feel our life may be endangered so we reward the criminals with our silence. The picture above shows someone stepping up to help deter the violence in the hood by saying they have someone in the neighborhood who is armed and dangerous.
