Mardi Gras Culture

This image was taken during Mardi Gras, an event that has contributed to the culture of New Orleans for many years. I'm from Colorado, and Mardi Gras is one of the events that pops into my head whenever I think of this city. Graffiti is a small crime, but is everywhere in NOLA. To me it seems to be more artistic than criminal.
